You're purchasing The Walking Dead CGC 9.0 Black Label 1st Print. The significance of the Black Label is that of the original 7200 print count, the 1st 2400 of them had the printing error Black "Mature Reader" Label under the title. An then Image corrected the error for remainder of 7200.

CGC did not notice the error in their initial grading of the books and just doubled down and continued to graded as though it didn't exist. This is a collector item amongst collector items.
