The size of the art is 12 by 18. He basically created the Walking Dead 20 years before the Walking Dead came out. A great series to read, from Caliber Press, and a truly wonderful splash page available today. Another persons review of Vince Lockes Deadworld.
This series is The Walking Dead about 20 years before there was a Walking Dead. The series is very similar with a group of humans fighting to survive the Zombie Apocalypse, with a few twists.
This apocalypse is supernatural in nature, and along with the traditional zombies we have intelligent zombies that speak, use tools, etc. And are basically humanoid undead. There are also demons running around, which have something to do with how the zombies were unleashed to begin with I wont spoil it here. There's even a "King Zombie" who has the power to control the others and is very smart. Even he's under the control of..
Something, which isn't explained in this volume. The series has some truly horrific scenes and they are illustrated in disturbing fashion, but there are also humorous moments portrayed through the art as well. Vince Locke artwork is very original and something to see. The item "OA Original Art!
